The container came damaged. I ended up putting it in a airtight container lost a quarter of the product.

I am so frustrated with this company They never called me. They never helped me out.
I never get my discount and I have a tremor so I cant do things on the computer. No contact whatsoever. I have ordered two things before and I never ever get the Dan Bongino discount. Im sure their product is good but they make it impossible to contact them.
I give them a zero rating they have never helped me and never reached out to me.
They are horrible with customer service. The discount they promise never ever happened.

When I ordered my field of greens after I hit the send button I realized I sent it to the wrong address, my computer populated my old residence.
I called BN and explained the situation and IT WAS MY FAULT. Customer representative asked for the correct shipping address and sent my order out accordingly.. AT NO EXTRA COST..

I have tried to put a hold on my account. I have several months of product left. I would like to get back in touch when I need more product. It is frustrating trying to reach a live customer service representative. I believe your product is good, but customer service is lacking. Also, please advise me on how I can keep my powder the freshest.

I just want to talk to a live customer service representative to send back an unopened package, unsubscribe, and get a refund for the unopened package. I also want to stop any future charges. I've been trying to contact customer service and talk to a live representative for the last two weeks and am still receiving packages and being charged.

I did not order a subscription. You drained my bank account.
I ordered one unit of Field of Greens. I can't afford a subscription at this time! Why does the company assume I want one?
This is not good business practice and it needs to be stopped immediately! I want this subscription canceled as soon as possible!
